• Appointment request form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you need, and any notes you type in.
• Phone calls, texts, and emails: your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us — usually your vehicle details (year, make, model, mileage, VIN) and the problem you're having.
• At the shop: information needed to repair your vehicle and complete your repair order, such as contact details, vehicle information, and payment details.
• Technical information: like most websites, our web host automatically records basic data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your request, schedule appointments, and give you estimates.
• To contact you about your vehicle — for example, to get your approval for repairs or let you know your car is ready.
• To keep records of the work we do, including warranty records.
• To keep our website secure and working properly, and to block spam.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you text us or give us your phone number through our form, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, appointment, estimate, or vehicle. These are service-related messages — we don't send marketing texts unless you separately ask to receive them.

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We Don't Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it when needed to serve you — for example, with a parts supplier to order the right part for your vehicle, with a payment processor to complete a payment, with service providers who host our website or email, or when required by law.

Cookies, Analytics & Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google. When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps & Google Reviews links: if you click “Get Directions” or “Read All Google Reviews,” you'll go to Google's website, which has its own privacy policy.
• Web hosting: our web host may use a small performance-monitoring script and keep standard server logs.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep appointment requests and messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for normal business records. Repair orders and invoices are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or email system is 100% secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as full credit card numbers through our form or by text.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

You can ask us to update or delete the contact information we have for you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by calling, texting, or emailing us. We may need to keep some records (like invoices) where required by law.
